More About the Air Conditioning Service
Air conditioning systems in Mercedes Sprinter and Vito vans contain refrigerant gas that is compressed to more than 150psi.
These systems rely on the correct volume of refrigerant gas in order to keep the cabin of your vehicle cool and comfortable.
The best way to ensure good cooling performance and long life of your AC system is to have an AC Service done every 2 years.
By having your air conditioning system serviced, you can have peace of mind that your AC system will be working efficiently, with new compressor lubricant and any harmful water moisture removed from inside the system.
What if there is a leak?
If we detect any leaks or defects during the AC Service, we will recommend and quote on a suitable repair before recharging the system with refrigerant gas.
What if I have front and rear AC?
For vehicles fitted with separate front and rear AC Systems (2 compressors), which is typically only ex-ambulance Sprinters, 2x Air Conditioning Service packages are required.Â
