What is the A Service?
Mercedes-Benz designed the Service A as the minor service in their Cars & SUVs.
It occurs every second service, alternating with the B Service.

Here's some questions I get asked about the Service A on a Mercedes.
Where does the Service A fit in the Schedule?
Mercedes specify A and B log book services. Services alternate between A and B (for example 1st service – A, 2nd service – B, 3rd service – A).
How often is Servicing Required?
Mercedes Cars and SUVs typically need to be serviced once per 12 months, or every 10,000km to 25,000km depending on model.
What about Parts, Oils and Warranty?
Our services include parts and fluids that meet or exceed Mercedes-Benz standards. This means these parts are the same as the original parts but come without the Mercedes price tag – saving you money without voiding your warranty.

Our Service A Package is fixed price and tailored to your model of Mercedes.
Mercedes Cars
Including: A-Class, B-Class, C-Class, CLA-Class, CLC-Class, CLE-Class, CLK-Class, CLS-Class, E-Class, S-Class, SL-Class, SLC-Class, SLK-Class.
Mercedes SUVs
Including: GLA-Class, GLB-Class, GLC-Class, GLE-Class, GLS-Class, GL-Class, ML-Class, R-Class.
Mercedes X-Class & G-Class
Including: X-Class Ute, G-Class SUV, G-Professional Cab Chassis and G-Professional SUV.

The Mercedes Service A includes:
Digital Vehicle Inspection & Report
Comprehensive safety check including brakes, lights, suspension and seat belts.
Engine Oil & Filter Change
Comprehensive safety check including brakes, lights, suspension and seat belts.
Vehicle Safety Check
Checking all vehicle components that can wear out to advise you of what work may be coming up.
Tyre Inspection
We ensure all tyres are at the correct levels, without punctures and have enough tread to get you to your next service.
Check Interior, Heater & Air Conditioning
We make sure you have functioning A/C, heating and other interior controls.
Road Test
Our Mercedes technicians drive every vehicle to ensure it performs as intended.
