Suspension & Steering

One of the best design features of Mercedes Sprinter and Vito vans is their Suspension & Steering.

It’s why Mercedes vans have car-like handling and a heavy load carrying capability. We know all the common areas of your suspension that will need maintenance throughout the life of your Sprinter or Vito.

When will I need to consider Suspension Maintenance?

Suspension components such as shock absorbers, springs, bushes and joints are under constant load and begin wearing from day one. However we can make a few generalisations.

Sprinter vans will typically first require suspension maintenance at 170,000km to 200,000km. Vito vans usually require suspension maintenance at 200,000km to 230,000km.

The life of your suspension components varies depending on the loads carried and the type of roads driven.
